The Call
Santalan’s programme begins with a no-obligation one-to-one assessment to understand your needs and state of wellbeing – because change requires a strong foundation. This is an informal chat where we’ll never give you the hard sell.
The 4-Day Retreat
A four-day immersive retreat at Suffolk’s breathtaking Wilderness Reserve is where your journey of transformation kicks off. Here, you’ll find stillness and learn vital tools and strategies to help you open a new life chapter in the coming year. You’ll reflect on where you are now, then outline your intentions for transformation in partnership with our coaches, and engage in interactive sessions to strengthen your vision for the future. The thoughtfully curated itinerary also includes gourmet cuisine, talks, meditation, wellbeing exercises, and opportunities to connect deeply with a small group of like-minded women.
12 Months of Coaching
A series of 12 personalised, monthly one-to-one coaching sessions with our experts will guide you into your rebalanced self. No two lives are the same, and neither are our coaching plans: yours will be entirely tailored to your goals and vision, and can take place remotely over video calls or in-person.
One year on, you’ll emerge from the Santalan programme empowered with the tools, mindset, and physical wellness to continue living life on your own terms.
Community Events
Monthly workshops and events with your Santalan cohort are where the community comes into its own. Each session focuses on aspects of your relationships, health, work, and self-image with practical exercises and tips for development.
Long after the Santalan year ends, you can expect your community to continue championing and motivating one another as you move through your rebalanced lives.
