LEAD COACH | Career & Business Coach
As the Lead Coach and Founder of Santalan, I’ll oversee the planning and coordination of your coaching sessions, making sure that every moment of your Santalan experience is in keeping with your needs and preferences.
Having naturally found myself coaching the teams that I’ve managed throughout my thirty-year career and witnessed recurring themes emerge (that I recognised in my own life too) I now specialise in Executive Coaching and am passionate about helping ambitious women to find balance between their personal and professional lives.
In every aspect of my life, sustainability is close to my heart. I believe that we need to focus on sustaining women just as much as we do on sustaining the planet - a belief that comes across in my coaching philosophy. I’m also know for my solution skills! Life can send so many roadblocks our way and all too often we end up delaying our wants and needs for ‘one day’. For that reason, I’m always looking to find a way through so that your dreams aren’t delayed but instead made a reality.
With an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and a Level 7 ‘Institute of Leadership and Management’ Qualification to my name, I’ve been privileged to support and champion numerous women over the years and never tire of helping women to realise their full potential. I’m so looking forward to getting to know you throughout your Santalan journey and helping you to reclaim your energy, clarify your priorities and realise your aspirations.

Whatever your health goals, I’m on a mission to help you get there so you can feel and be your very best self.
As a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, my particular interest is in women's health and all things hormone related. Tailoring my sessions to your unique, individual needs you’ll come away with a bespoke plan to support your busy lifestyle so you can live each day with more energy, motivation and wellbeing.
We’ll apply my whole-body 360 degree approach to your health and wellbeing. This approach means our sessions will not only explore your nutrition but also look at sleep, stress, movement, motivations and establishing positive, long-term habits.
Supporting women to become their own health advocates, whether improving nutrition or making adjustments in food choices to help manage certain symptoms or conditions is so rewarding. I’m excited to meet you and help you find your perfect balance.

Becky Hall
PERSONAL BRANDING | Personal Stylist
Helping women of all ages, shapes and sizes find confidence through clothing is my passion - so much so that it led me to set up my own personal styling consultancy in 2017.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry (including stints as a stylist at the BBC and running my own childrenswear label), I’ll help you discover the unique style you’re seeking and build a wardrobe that brings out the best in you.
Whether that means reassessing your current wardrobe to identify key missing pieces or starting from scratch to create a new style that represents (and champions) the confident woman you’re becoming, I focus on utilising what you already own as much as possible. If we do add anything, I prioritise finding fewer but better-quality pieces so your wardrobe can be worn for seasons to come.
Ultimately, when you understand how to dress for your body shape and feel confident in your style choices, you show up differently each day - not just for those around you, but for yourself.

My focus is helping women reclaim their health and wellbeing, and have a body to be proud of, whether pre, peri, post, or menopausal. In my own menopause phase of life, I understand what it can feel like, so having deep empathy to share alongside my expertise means I can be of great help to you on your journey. You’ll be glad to know I don’t believe in strict dieting, over-exercising or ‘magic’ pills. Everything you do with me is based on scientifically-based, personalised improvements based on your individual symptoms and 30+ years of research and experience.
It’s my great passion to assist women in identifying exactly where their individual issues lie and pinpoint the changes they can make to achieve the life they most desire.
As a proud Santalan coach, my precisely focused and uniquely customised approach centres on achieving mental clarity, hormonal health, emotional stability, optimal physical well-being and a stronger, leaner body.

Jane Gunn
My expertise lies in the field of conflict resolution. For that reason - whether it’s at home or at work - my goal is to help you feel comfortable discussing what matters most to you, and then energised and committed to what needs to happen next.
As our world becomes increasingly focused on global unrest, for so many, living with fear, uncertainty and a sense of internal conflict has become the norm. When we add disagreements with colleagues and tensions with family members into the mix, our ability to think clearly and make effective decisions is often challenged.
As a trained mediator and facilitator, I’ll teach you the basic skills of mediation, enabling you to address differences and diversity in ways that are non-adversarial and solution-focused. This will help you show up as an effective leader and find harmony and balance in your everyday life.
Known to my clients as "The Barefoot Mediator," I’ve worked with organisations large and small, including the NHS, Bacardi-Martini, and McLaren Racing; written two popular books: How to Beat Bedlam in the Boardroom and Boredom in the Bedroom and The Authority Guide to Conflict Resolution; been listed as a Global Leader in Who's Who Mediation; and spoken at the United Nations, the European Commission, and the White House.
